Music & Cream tea - One Hit Wonders! - the stories behind some of the most famous one-off hits of the 20th Century

Do you know who wrote "Are you lonesome tonight?"?; or "The impossible dream2; or "Cry me a river"? If you don't, the reason could be that, in each case, the composers 'One Hit Wonders' who never wrote anything else in the same league as their Big Number .Nevertheless, some of them had intersing and varied lives, whether in music or elsewhere. In his latest presentation on 18th July, Terry will be looking at the chaps behind some of the most famous one off hits of the 20th Century.
